Tuesday

Hey, don't forget to comment on my giveaway! We'll be picking tomorrow, so hurry up, all of you carnivores!!

Random cute thing my kid did that I didn't want lost to the recesses of my brain:

1. Corinne - Awww... Mommy! Look at all of those cute little buildings! (pointing at a cemetery)

2. Evan - Mommy, I love so and so to pieces, but sometimes she just freaks me out! She's always staring at me! (Have I mentioned that Evan has become quite the 1st grade ladies' man?)

3. Justin - Hey Mommy! Did you know that my friend said that Pokemon will become really REAL in 4 years? He read in on the internet! (Yes, so that means it's true, right? We should all be so lucky as to have really REAL Pokemon guys running around our world... They went to bed with fantastic visions of being REAL Pokemon trainers...)

Oh the cuteness!

Lol, little buildings. But much better. It's your own little plot of land forever and the neighbors never bother you.

Maybe Pokemon SHOULD become real! They could run our Country and maybe get something done. Think of it: They can solve anything in one 30 minute episode AND teach some sort of life's lesson in the process! lol.

Eight years ago, we almost named our son Ash instead of Shea. We have a really good friend named Ash- he was named for Ashley Wilkes of Gone With the Wind fame- one of my favorite books. Anywho, eight years ago- Pokemon was still HUGE and I couldn't bear the thought that people would think I named my child for a Pokemon character. Guess which eight year old is still cranky that we didn't name him Ash?
