I had Patrick fix my bike and put Corinne into THIS, for a "quick ride around the block" to get myself back into shape....
After 10 minutes, I looked like THIS.
Dude. I feel soooo old.

That's exactly how I look after doing Yoga, but it's SO worth it!
I totally feel you on this. I took the two littlest in a contraption like that today and I am so sore. My butt hurts from the bike seat and my legs hurt from pulling 50+ pounds!
I am so with you on this! I hate biking... the slightest breeze and suddenly it feels like there is a brick wall in my path.
Start with brisk walking and work your way up! Or go for the chocolate.

I just got a bike for my birthday in Feb. I'm trying to ease into it - I haven't ridden on over a dozen years - but my legs feel like jelly when I'm finished.
Dudette, I feel old too -- do you ever look at the engagement announcements in the paper and think to yourself, "wow -- they look old" and think "maybe they're getting married later in life" and then you realize that they graduated high school only 2 years after you did -- so, I look that old too?
The inner child in me feels 25, my outer body is showing more like 35, but I'm really 31....what does that say?
