Anybody else want to scream and cry? Anyone? Really, it's ok, you'll fit right in over here.
I am looking for that bottle of wine that I opened last week and I don't care that it's probably flat and was too dry for my cheap wine tastes to begin with. It's been a long day, and I need a break. Patrick still isn't home (duh) and won't be for at least another hour. I am seriously losing it a bit.
twitch.
twitch.
I just screamed at my 2 year old for purposely spilling her milk... again.
I'm not proud, but damn.
Ready for a new day.
At least I have my van back. Thank the Lord, I can get out of this freakin house!!!
And, yes. I walked to school today. In the rain. The cold, Illinois rain.
I.
Need.
Alcohol.
And also a shower.

I never did get a shower today - guess I'll just wait now until tomorrow - HA! Hope you find that bottle. See ya. Kellan
I'm giggling at the name of your post, (I'm laughing WITH you, not at you!) It sounds like you certainly deserve a glass of wine, er, make that a bottle! I share your dislike of the cold Illinois rain, or freezing pellets that keep hitting me in the face and eyes *grrr*, enough already!! :) A big pat on the back "room mom" for all your work on the Christmas stockings, way to go! I bet your son will be proud when they're passed out, then you'll be so glad you did them! Take care Tracey! (and take a shower for gawd's sake) HA
Sounds like you need a bubble bath, a glass of wine (or whatever you drink) and a babysitter.
Glad you have your van back.
You sound like me one day last week. Snow storm = stuck in the house = clear and present insanity. I feel your pain!
OH, I need a shower too!!!! Glad you got the van back. Hope you get some peace and quiet soon!
So glad you got your van back! and hope you found the bottle. My daughter does the pour out your milk on purpose thing too. And pour out everyone else's cup. And throw food around. and...
ugh.:)
You are not alone in crazy mommy land!
mmm alcohol.
i've been guilty of the yelling, too.
You poor thing. Shhhhhhh. Shhhhhh. There, there now. It's OK. It's OK. Everything'll be all right. Just put your head on mommy's shoulder and...
oh wait a minute. I'm having flashbacks to yesterday -- actually any day -- in my homestead.
Frequently have the whine and need-some-wine days, with a side of screaming. With three kids, it's a wonder I'm not in AA.
Thanks for checking me out.
I'm right there crying with ya.
I got no wine, but I do have beer.
BTDT, got the wrinkles to prove it. Big hugs to you and a bottle of wine to share!!!
Two-year olds will make you do things you didn't think you'd ever do, things you aren't proud of, and things you don't ever want to do again.
You're a fantasic mommy my friend, enjoy your wine.
nothing that a good bottle of wine, okay any bottle of wine, won't take care of!
Oh, feel better honey! I hate those days. Take your wine in the bath, stick in some earplugs (or an ipod) and barricade the door.
I'm all about the wine or a good piece of cake, ok really both, on bad days.
I WISH I could join in you that glass of wine! We've all had days like that - especially when our kids do something on purpose. Don't be so hard on yourself!
