So NO SCHOOL!! I was praying that the ringing phone this morning was the school district, and IT WAS.
"Due to extreme weather conditions, and the inability to start over 100 buses, the schools will be closed.."
THANK GOD. We got home around 10:30 last night after watching the Bears lose :( and the kids are TIRED. Maybe that's the actual reason for no school? I don't care. I'm gonna lie down and sleep some more till the monsters wake up. Oooh. They will be SO happy!

Awesome!! That's always so fun to tell the kids they get to stay home! I can remember LOVING bad weather days! And how nice that they CALL you....we get to sit in front of the TV watching schools scroll across the bottom until we see our name...or IF we see our name. Depending on how bad the weather is..you could be sitting there for a while! A call would be nice!

Oh tracey.....you crack me up. I ws glad the kids had the day off, but NOW???? I am prayng SO hard, even ahrder than when that stupid hamster escaped in the middle of the night....that they GO to school tomorrow. I do NOT think my sanity has another day left for 4 boys being home bound.....
It's gotta be cold if they cancel school! Glad you all were able to sleep in!
