This is so sad...
Anyone ever watch him? He was an absolute riot and brought a lot of attention to his beloved animals. I feel so much sadness for his family, having to deal with his loss and in the public eye as well. My heart goes out to them.

This was upsetting to us as well. Crocodile Hunter was just too cool!
My husband was a HUGE Steve Irwin fan and watched all his shows. We were sitting in a restaurant in Mexico this past weekend and heard the news on T.V. It was shocking to say the least!
One report said that he was out with one camera man, filming corral & reef shots for a show that he was going to be doing with his daughter, Bindy. The report said he swam over a sting ray buried in the sand, spooked the sting ray, and that's how he got stabbed. How utterly bizzare and tragic!
He will be missed by many! I feel so bad for his wife and 2 small children. He was only 44 years old.
