Sadly, a mother of a boy from our Cub Scout pack passed away this week. She was young, with a 3rd grade boy and husband who are left to figure out how life is supposed to continue on, now that their world is completely upside down.
My heart aches for them...

I have been thinking much about everything these last couple of months. It's so hard to imagine.

That is so terrible. My son has a friend who's mom is expected to pass any day now he is in 1st grade with a little sister. It makes me so sad to think about. It really makes you think about life and how truly short it is.
Oh how sad. Hearing things like this always make me realize how lucky I am. I wish I was always so appreciative.
