Ok, so I kinda get the whole "video game" thing, now...

After beating my husband LEGITIMATELY at football on the Xbox, I feel a sick sort of thrill...

Almost as though I need to grunt and beat my chest as I parade my physical prowess. Which is an oxymoron or something like that, because sitting on the couch making pretend people exert themselves physically isn't quite the same as killing a beastie for my cave to eat..

Still.

Aorough. Aorough.

This post totally scared me. I've been opposed to video games but we're getting a Wii this month. Could I become you? :-)

Besides my other legitimate/Mommy/grownup objections to the video games is the sinking suspicion that I would get completely addicted to them if we ever had them in the house.

You go girl!!

Good for you! I am video game incompetent...but I have fun anyway. I'm sort of a champion loser at most games. :)

I fear that I will become obsessed with the Wii that will be the boys Christmas gift.

I know that I can totally get sucked in to video games which is why I just can't play them anymore. I already have my blogging addiction, my poor child would get no attention at all if I started playing video games again.

You are awesome! I haven't played video games in years. Decades, is probably more like it.

You have to take your victories where you can get them. Make sure you rub it in too.

Woohoo!! I love it when I beat my husband at a video game... it doesn't happen very often, but still, when it does... ah... feels sooooooo good!
