The halls are decked, dude.

Kami tagged me for 7 weird things about myself. I think somebody else tagged me, too, but I've been a bit distracted lately.

Luckily, the decorations (sans the tree. We cut that next week) are up! Halleleujah, gimme a drink. (ok, ok. I already had one)... (OK, OK! I had TWO. Geesh, you guys are brutal with the eyebrows and the all-knowing eye rolls....)

And now, the moment you've alllll been waiting for!!

SEVEN WEIRD THINGS ABOUT TRACEY

1. I like caps for exclamations. I'm not cyber shouting, I just forget that I can use italics and bold. I'm working on variety, I swear.

2. If I'm not on the phone, I tend to wander aimlessly instead of cleaning. If I'm talking, I'm cleaning. Something about not being able to sit and watch tv, blog or read makes me get up and get going. Hence, the LOOOOONGGG conversations with my sister. (see? Again with the caps?)

3. If I could, I'd rewind to each child's birth, to relive it once more. I know! Freak. Trust me, I know it hurts like a mo fo, but it's just such a freakin powerful experience, and I loved the highs of each time. Not, however, the excruciating pain, but to know that I endured that pain? THREE times? Makes me feel like Wonderwoman.

4. I hate toenails. I canNOT understand how people can let theirs get even remotely long enough to paint. I must, must, must clip them to the quick.

5. My forehead is, quite possibly, the smallest forehead you'll ever meet. Using highly scientific methods just now, (my fingers) I can tell you that my forehead is, from eyebrow to hairline, almost 1 1/2 inches. Let me find a pic...

This one kind of depicts how small my forehead is. Mostly, I just wanted to show you how funny Patrick looked 2 years ago on Thanksgiving... :) Hey - I did all of the decorating and most of the cleaning today! He gets his pic as his sons' rendition of a Native American posted on the internet. Fair trade.

6. I love maraschino cherries and the juice that encases them. Oh Lordy, I love that sweet, sugary goodness...

7. I canNOT stand it when my kids (or anyone else's, for that matter) have dried boogers or chunks of ear wax visible. Eewwwrrggghhh!!! Watch out, or I'll sneakily pick your kid's ears or nose (well, maybe not bare fingered) while your head is turned. Can. NOT. Stand.

Whew. That took a lot out of me. Um, seven people to tag. Good Lord... Ok, Michelle, Andria, Dana, Beck, Maryam, Phoenix, and Ducky's Mom. I'm not linking. I'm tired... I think it'll be interesting to see who reads me that I also read. Or, that I'm just too tired to link...

You choose.

Toodles!

i know people with MUCH smaller foreheads than you. I, on the other hand, have a large forehead. they used to think this was a sign of intelligence (hence the term highbrow). That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

Your forehead is pretty normal looking. I have an eighthead, though, so if you ever want some MORE forehead, I will happily give you some of mine.
I like caps, too. I know! This is SUCH a revelation!
Mmm, marachincho cherries.

I have that wonder woman feeling too! Birth is hard work. I don't like it when kids have dried junk on their noses either. During the sick season I check my kids at all day long to see if they clean ;) I know it's crazy but I'd rather have a clean kid!

Yay, you did it Tracey and it was fantastic!

The title totally cracked me up! I have not decked any halls, dude. Maybe next weekend. Another weird thing about me is that I love taking down the xmas decorations.

And what's wrong with using CAPS to emphasize? oh right the yelling.... guess I better work on that!

I hate visible boogers and ear wax too! I'm constantly picking them off Isabella. My husband even caught me on video picking earwax out of Isabella's ear at the Thanksgiving table!

I'm for sure with you on the last one.

I think I may have done this one. Maybe not. I'll see. Give me a few days and I'd be happy to do it.
