Though, I WAS tired of dancing, Elton John was not.

Shit. I had no idea! I was wrong, wrong, wrong. For years and years, countless loved ones had to endure its oblivious massacre at my hands, and I APOLOGIZE.

Dear loved ones? Do you hear me? I apologize.

Because, apparently, it's not "Hold me close, I'm tired of dancing..."

Who knew?!?

That's it. 1:48 am and I'm posting my faulty lyric skills?

Peace out.

Don't be ridiculous, of course it's not "Hold me close, I'm tired of dancing..." Sha. It's Hold me close, TONY DANZA.

Haha! CaraBee said it already. It always reminds me of the Friends episode when Phoebe thinks it's "hold me close Tony Danza". Hehehe!

I'm surprised at such a piece of sweet romance from Elton John - considering he's such a queen and all.

Why wouldn't he have sweet romantic songs?

I LOVE Elton John. His songs are very sweet and romantic. Where does the gay thing come in and why does it matter? How does that affect his music?

I had a friend who thought it was, "Hold me closer, Tony Danza" as well. I used to think that Bad Moon on the Rise was Bathroom on the right. I would sing, "Don't go out tonight. It's bound to take your sight. There's a bathroom on the right."

There's that awesome scene in Almost Famous where the whole band breaks out in this song. Love it.

My sister was JUST talking about that song! In fact, I said to myself, "Is this my sister under a pseudo name?!?" and then I realized that you had pics and stuff so unless she is really good at being incognito, then there are lots of people who thought there was a bathroom on the right....
